What you do here
- Drive forward customer relationship management at the BFH Business School and work together with colleagues from other departments on a BFH-wide strategy in the area of ​​customer relations.
- Develop concepts and strategies for all acquisition activities at the BFH Wirtschaft, including optimizing the customer journey for students in our Bachelor’s and Master’s programs as well as those interested in continuing education.
- Together with colleagues from the Student Services department, develop a concept for the BFH Wirtschaft’s presence at trade fairs and roadshows.
- Take on the role of super-user of the CRM system and deal with it in detail in order to promote our acquisition activities and support colleagues in the department in the creation of mailings, forms and other CRM activities.
- Take on a variety of strategic and operational activities in the areas of marketing and partner management
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed training or studies in marketing, communications or a related field, combined with several years of professional experience in strategic marketing
- Experience in the conception and optimization of customer journeys as well as CRM knowledge, PowerBI knowledge is desired
- Project management experience, organizational skills, and a desire for innovative solutions
- High level of commitment, positive mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the university environment
