*Applications invited from existing Grade 9 or Grade 10 academic staff in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Cultures only*
The Arts, Humanities and Cultures Faculty Research Ethics Committee remit includes: considering applications for ethical review from staff and students; working with applicants to ensure that research is conducted ethically; auditing completed research which received ethical approval to ensure compliance with ethical practices; and promoting awareness and understanding of ethical issues in research more broadly.
The role of the Chair is open to academic members of staff at grade 9 or 10 with appropriate levels of expertise across all the Faculty’s Schools.
The appointment is on a 0.3 fte basis and requires the agreement of the Executive Dean and relevant Head of School.
Administrative and professional support from the Secretariat will be provided.
