TASKS
- Services in teaching and research, in particular preparation of lecture materials, participation in publications and conferences in the fields of civil law and corporate or tax law
- Teaching (holding working groups) in the field of civil law
- own scientific qualification, especially a doctorate
- participation in academic self-government
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- First legal examination completed with at least the grade “fully satisfactory” or completed First State Examination in Law or Second State Examination in Law; alternatively: fulfillment of the admission requirements for a doctorate in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Doctoral Regulations of the Faculty of Law dated 11 September 2020
- proven above-average knowledge of civil law as well as corporate law or tax law
- Interest in foundation and association law and/or non-profit law as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with this subject area are welcome
- Willingness to work intra- and interdisciplinary
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new legal matters
