About the role
The Careers Coordinator position at Imperial College Business School is a pivotal, fast paced and varied role that supports the coordination needs for the School’s Careers service. Based at our busy reception you will be integral to facilitating support to over 2000 students, our global alumni and other users of the service.
What you would be doing
You will be the main point of contact for all student enquiries where you will create an environment that inspires and welcomes students to the department. You will resolve issues by signposting, resolving or escalating.
You will develop an understanding of the needs of the students from the admitted stage through to alumni, by booking appointments, scheduling workshops and supporting with any additional requirements.
You will support the Director Careers Consulting alongside the Careers Programme Manager in the coordination of workshops (up to 300 in autumn term) as well as providing top level administrative support for the wider team’s needs.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for the role.
