| Job Description: | The Laboratories of Drs. Ramon Sun and Craig Vander Kooi are seeking a talented postdoctoral fellow to work on molecular imaging of developmental biology using mass spectrometry imaging (MALDI-MSI). The candidate will focus on applying the insights of spatial molecular imaging using MALDI-MSI to define the molecular basis for development in animal models and extending these insights to understanding and intervening in human diseases. Successful candidates will be self-motivated scientists, with a passion for advancing cutting-edge research. The ideal candidate would have expertise in either MALDI-MSI or developmental biology. The candidate will be part of a dynamic research group focusing on Spatial Biomolecule Research at UF (https://casbr.biochem.med.ufl.edu/). | Expected Salary: | $60,000-$70,000; commensurate with education and experience |
| Minimum Requirements: | PhD in Neuroscience, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field. |
