Job Description

Your tasks

  • Conception, elaboration, development, programming, commissioning and acceptance of mechatronic systems
  • Consulting the design team on risk assessments and implementation of functional safety
  • Participation in the drive technology committee to coordinate the various motion applications at PSI as well as to develop and further develop standard solutions in drive technology
  • Documentation of mechatronic systems

Your profile

  • Completed training as an automation technician or mechatronics engineer with further training to a BSc in systems engineering or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge of control and drive technology
  • Experience with Beckhoff controllers, TwinCAT and EPlan Electric is an advantage
  • You find it easy to deal with different stakeholder groups in German and English
  • As an open personality, you approach new tasks with curiosity
