Your tasks

  • Are you looking for a new challenge and are you enthusiastic about taking on the technical, personnel and organizational management of the newly founded Security Analysis Group and managing the subordinate employees?
  • In addition to your management role, are you interested in managing and coordinating long-term licensing procedures to obtain permits for the safe operation of the radioactive waste disposal facilities at PSI for the federal collection point?
  • Do you enjoy acquiring new knowledge and are you enthusiastic about preparing complex safety studies based on nuclide inventory calculations?
  • Do you have a strong affinity for technology and are you highly motivated to coordinate, prepare and evaluate safety reports for nuclear facilities?
  • Do you enjoy working with other people and interdisciplinary groups?
  • Do you enjoy presenting your results in expert discussions with the supervisory authority and at conferences?

Your profile

  • You have a completed university degree in engineering or a university degree in a scientific field with technical content, preferably with a doctorate, or have equivalent know-how
  • You ideally have good specialist knowledge in the areas of risk assessment, mechanical or electrical engineering, radioactivity and radiation protection, preferably with practical experience
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in personnel management
  • You have very good IT and programming skills and value precise working methods
  • You have a very good and stylistically confident way of expressing yourself in German and have good written and spoken English skills
  • You are a team-oriented, communicative and open personality with the desire to take on leadership responsibility
