TASKS
- processing of complex office and business processes
- organization and coordination of office processes
- Processing of financial transactions and handling of modern accounting systems
- application of relevant legal provisions
- Use of a foreign language in specialist tasks
- Training in two elective qualifications of 5 months each (assistance and secretarial tasks; public relations and event management)
- Participation in vocational school classes at the BSZ “Arwed-Rossbach-Schule” Leipzig
- Participation in the in-service training at the Niederbobritzsch training center
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- secondary school diploma or high school diploma
- very good to good academic performance, especially in the subjects German, mathematics, English and computer science
- very good knowledge of spelling and expression
- appropriate manners and a friendly and confident demeanor
- communication and teamwork skills
- Internship in a job-relevant field with good to very good assessments desirable
