Project description: 

  • To monitor the implementation of Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (EPMA) systems in NHS Wales and to follow specific case studies as Health Boards introduce their EPMA platforms.
  • To monitor system/process changes and reported performance and benefits indicators.
  • To assess the change programme from the employee perspective (clinical and non-clinical).
  • To cross-compare case studies of implementation and performance improvement.

Eligibility

Minimum Degree Requirements: 2.1 Bachelor’s degree or above and a Master’s degree (merit level or above), plusa minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a professionalrole.

Scholarship open to UK and International fee-eligible applicants.

Funding

The scholarship will cover the full cost of tuition fees and provide a stipend of £58,707 over three years.

An additional £12,000 is available for expenses such as conferences and fieldwork over the three years.
