Your tasks
As a group leader, you will lead a group of around 12 employees in the technical, personnel and organizational areas. After an appropriate training period and various radiation protection training courses, you will manage projects within the department and work as a project supervisor on the PSI nuclear facility projects. You will assess radiation protection aspects for new facilities, experiments, future nuclear facilities and demanding dismantling work and carry out complex radiation protection planning. If necessary, you will also develop new radiation protection concepts and methods and prepare the corresponding expert reports. You will also be responsible for correspondence with the supervisory authority. Your tasks also include preparing process descriptions as part of the quality management system and representing the department at national and international specialist conferences and seminars.
your profile
- University diploma (natural sciences) or equivalent know-how
- Good specialist knowledge in the fields of radiation physics, radiation protection and measurement technology with practical experience
- Radiation protection expert with ENSI recognition
- Team-oriented and communicative personality
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills, knowledge of French is an advantage
- Very good IT skills
