It is therefore of great importance that the applications of the Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) are optimally available for students, lecturers, researchers and employees. That is why we are looking for a motivated Dynamics CRM Developer within the domain Business Operations who will enable the further development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 application.

Job description

As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you develop complex solutions on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You are the point of contact for everything related to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform within EUR and you manage the technical solution designs. In your role, you are mainly involved in the further development and improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. You do this by, among other things, implementing configuration changes and maintaining the lifecycle of applications on the Power Platform.

You will work in the multidisciplinary CRM team consisting of a product owner, functional management, application management and a DevOps engineer. It is jointly responsible for the management and further development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

Your duties in brief:

  • (Continue) developing on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and participating in innovation and improvement projects within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape.
  • Implement configuration changes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
  • Monitoring the application lifecycle on the Power Platform.
  • Coordinating and executing system testing, system integration testing and deployment to production on the OTAP street.
  • Guiding and coaching teammates.
  • Advising the Product Owner. 

Job requirements

  • A completed higher professional education bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience developing on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform 
  • Knowledge of Dynamics Marketing/Customer insight and Microsoft Powerplatform
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • You act responsibly, can analyze problems in a structured manner and have strong communication skills (Dutch C2, English B2)

Handy to have:

  • Experience with .NET/C#/Javascript
  • You have experience in coaching and guiding team members.

 

Working conditions

We offer you an internationally oriented and varied job in an enthusiastic team, with excellent employment conditions in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO NU).

The starting date of the position is negotiable. The salary depends on your knowledge and experience and amounts to between € 4,492 and € 6,148 gross per month (Scale 11) for a full-time position (38 hours), in accordance with the CAO-NU. Your location is Campus Woudestein – Rotterdam, at Erasmus Digitalisation and Information Services (EDIS). The position has a size of 0.8 FTE – 1 FTE. The contract is entered into for a period of 1 year, and can be converted into a permanent position in the event of good performance and unchanged organizational circumstances.

The Erasmus Digitalisation & Information Services (EDIS) department is the entrepreneurial partner in the digitalisation ambitions of faculties and services of Erasmus University. EDIS translates ambitions in the field of IT and information provision into concrete and valuable changes. This allows students, lecturers, researchers and employees to collaborate and develop safely and reliably.

Group

Information Technology Services (IT Services) within EDIS is responsible for the provision of services in the field of information and communication technology. This means that on the one hand, the service is responsible for the virtual workplace of EUR, which enables employees to work ‘any time’, ‘any place’ and on ‘any device’. On the other hand, IT Services enables the faculties and other EUR organisational units to successfully provide services to students, employees and administrators/management. It has the capacity and knowledge in-house to give substance to the necessary IT development, integration and project management. IT Services consists of a number of domains including Research, Education, Business Operations and Generic Services.

Department

IT Services Business Operations within EDIS manages the business operations applications.
