We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled postdoctoral researcher to lead a multifaceted project focused on utilizing the immunogenomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics approaches to unravel the complexities of human diseases and transplantation and to translate this knowledge into improved treatments.
Learning Objectives:
Gain skills in immunogenomics, immune repertoire analysis, single cell, multi-omics, and bioinformatics. Develop expertise in study design, data analysis, data interpretation, presentation at internal meetings and external conferences, manuscripts and grant writing.

Individuals with a recent MD or PhD degree with skills in computational biology, bioinformatics, biostatistics, data science, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

A candidate who has recently submitted the PhD thesis or is about to submit the thesis is encouraged to apply.

A strong computational background, proficiency in R and at least one additional scripting language (e.g., Python) and knowledge in biostatistics are required.

Experience working with genetic association studies, immune repertoire, single cell and multi-omics data analysis, and a high-performance computing environment (Unix/Linux) is highly preferred.

A good understanding of immunogenetics and translational immunology is preferred.
