Job Summary

Conduct research under the direction of the principal investigator for the characterization of epigenetic and non-coding RNA regulation in neurodegenerative diseases. The work involves executing experiments involving cloning, western blotting, RT-qPCR, next-generation library prep, and human iPSC differentiation.

What We Are Looking For :

Education and Experience

Qualified candidates will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Neuroscience or related field.
  • Must have zero to one (1) years of experience.

Skills needed:

  • Excellent record keeping skills.
  • Good communications skills with ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct independent research with clear instruction.

What is nice to have:

  • Experience with RNA biology, iPSC cell culture, or RNA/protein molecular biology experiments.
