The university research priority (URPP) “Human Reproduction Reloaded | H2R” investigates the latest developments in medical technologies in the field of human reproduction, the associated social challenges and their legal implications. The interdisciplinary URPP brings together researchers from six faculties and a variety of disciplines in the humanities, social sciences, medicine and natural sciences. Within the framework of the URPP, the ITSL primarily deals with issues of data protection law. In addition to specific legal questions in the area of data protection and human research law, the focus is on basic questions of data protection law, in particular on the development of approaches for an alternative conception of data protection.
Tasks
The position is suitable for talented and motivated people who want to gain experience in research, deal in depth with legal issues and write a dissertation in the field of data protection law or a related topic.
