TASKS
- general secretarial and administrative tasks (also in English), in particular correspondence, revision of texts and presentations, mail processing, appointment coordination and follow-up
- maintenance of the homepage
- Tasks related to budgetary law: monitoring and management of allocated budget funds (including third-party funds)
- study-related tasks, e.g. providing simple information on study and examination matters
- Entering exam results in AlmaWeb
- preparation of personnel-related processes
- planning and accounting of business trips
- Event management, especially organization of internal and external events
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Completed vocational training as an office management clerk or at least equivalent relevant qualification
- proven relevant professional experience
- Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point) required
- Knowledge of university administration or comparable institutions desirable
- good written and spoken English skills
