Campus and Facilities

DTU operates multiple campuses and research facilities across Denmark:

  • Lyngby Campus: Located 15 km north of Copenhagen, this 106-hectare campus features wooded areas, sports fields, inner courtyards, and gardens, creating a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.

  • Risø Campus: Situated north of Roskilde, this campus focuses primarily on energy technologies with minimal climate impact, housing several departments and research facilities.

  • Ballerup Campus: Offers excellent laboratories, test facilities, classrooms, group rooms, and auditoriums, including specialized labs like an automation laboratory and a high-voltage laboratory.
