The Georg-August-University Göttingen Foundation under Public Law – Institute of Computer Science is seeking to appoint a
– salary group 8 TV-L –
Part-time, 50% of regular weekly working hours. The position is permanent.
Your tasks
• Independent and autonomous organization of the secretariat (including processing personnel procedures, travel planning and accounting, procurement, looking after international guests, organizing teaching, organizing events, correspondence and scheduling)
• Management and monitoring of budget and third-party funds
• Administrative support with applications and the preparation of reports
• Independent and autonomous support of the equal opportunities team and equal opportunities work at the institute
• Support of appointment and staffing procedures
Your profile
• Completed vocational training as an administrative assistant or employee training course I or an equivalent completed vocational training as a business administrator
• Knowledge and experience in financial accounting as well as SAP knowledge is desirable
• Experience in secretarial work is an advantage
• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good written and spoken English and very good German skills
• Organizational talent, independence, initiative, flexibility, teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to independently develop new fields of work and familiarize yourself with new systems
• Confident and friendly demeanor
• Interest in family-friendliness, equality, and diversity
• Knowledge of university structures and experience in equal opportunity work and university self-government, as well as consulting, are an advantage
• Skills in the design and implementation of equal opportunity measures and experience in drafting applications are an advantage.
