The University of Luxembourg Competence Centre (ULCC) is an integral part of the University of Luxembourg since 01.01.2025, which supports the national vision to strengthen university-level continuing education in Luxembourg.
Based in Belval, the ULCC proposes innovative training solutions that meet the educational objectives and the constraints and requirements of its various target audiences. Its multidisciplinary team includes specialists in continuing education and experts in face-to-face training and digital learning.
Your role
- Produce high quality digital learning content and rich learning activities and experiences across a broad range of subjects
- Create instructionally sound and clear digital learning multimedia material including video, sound, animation and infographics
- Select delivery approaches that are appropriate to the level, discipline, and context of the learner to meet the expected learning outcomes
- Work alongside team members with stakeholders to design efficient learning models and courses
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and/or proven successful prior experience of at least 2 years in graphic or instructional design or video and sound editing
- Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator) and/or Digital Learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite)
- Prior experience of web technologies (HTML/CSS) and administering online content in Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Content Management Systems (CMS) will be considered an asset
- Ability to transform informational content into structured, visual, engaging digital learning activities
- A strong understanding of digital pedagogies and adult learning theory will be considered an asset
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks
- Reliable, autonomous while being a team player and able to demonstrate diplomacy and tact
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English, comfortable with conducting meetings in both languages
