Abu Dhabi University is inviting experienced industry professionals to join our academic community as Industry Faculty (Part-Time). This is a unique opportunity for current or recently retired industry leaders to share their expertise, shape future talent, and remain actively engaged with the academic and innovation ecosystem.

We are hiring across the following disciplines:
- Law
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach up to two undergraduate or postgraduate courses per semester.
- Deliver applied, industry-aligned instruction based on approved course learning outcomes.
- Infuse classroom teaching with real-world examples, tools, and case studies from your industry experience.
- Support academic programs by integrating current industry practices and trends into teaching and curriculum.
- Collaborate with full-time faculty on industry-relevant research and applied innovation projects.
- Mentor students on professional development, career readiness, and workplace expectations.
- Actively participate in at least two college activities or committees each academic year.
- Have the ability to teach remotely for a limited period of time on selected courses only.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, along with current industry experience, is required to teach undergraduate courses.
- To teach postgraduate courses, a Doctorate degree is preferred; however, a Master’s degree combined with extensive industry experience at a leadership level in the relevant discipline may also be considered.
- Currently employed in a senior or technical role in industry, or retired from such a role within the last three years.
- Membership in a reputable professional or industry association is highly preferred.
- Strong subject matter expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for student development.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is desirable but not mandatory.
Compensation:
Remuneration is based on the number of credit hours delivered. Additional collaboration opportunities may be available through research and industry-engagement projects.
