Design and deliver practice-oriented courses in the areas of financial management, external and internal accounting (financial & managerial accounting), and financial analysis, at bachelor’s, master’s, and continuing education levels.
Develop innovative didactic formats and learning settings with a high degree of application relevance.
Participate in research and third-party funded projects related to financial strategies or corporate management.
Supervise projects, bachelor’s and master’s theses and accompany students in practice-oriented projects.
Position and represent the institute professionally in research, teaching and the public.

Doctorate or outstanding Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting
Many years of professional experience in corporate finance, banking, auditing
Didactic experience and enjoyment of teaching at university level
Evidence of performance in application-oriented research and a strong affinity for collaboration with practice partners
Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and good knowledge of English (at least B2)
