Facilities Management serves the campus community by working closely with Texas A&M University’s service provider, SSC, along with other campus partners. Through these partnerships, Facilities Management supports 27-plus million square feet of campus. Facilities Management is dedicated to ensuring a safe, comfortable and functional built environment to deliver world-class learning, teaching and research.

 

What We Want

We need your ability to oversee routine, preventative, and planned facility maintenance issues, departmental moves, after-hours emergencies and more.  You will work closely with Facilities Coordinators and their assigned departments to coordinate day to day operation of facilities including responsibilities such as building access, and emergency management. You will provide excellent communication, organization, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills in every aspect of your job.  You will have the opportunity to grow you own skill sets as well as develop and mentor the Facilities Coordinators who report to you.

 

What You Need To Know

Starting salary 80, 361.00 commensurate based upon candidate experience.

This position is located in College Station, TX. Remote/Work from alternate location is not available at this time.

 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five years of related experience. Three years of supervisory experience

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
