Do you have excellent administrative insight and experience handling data? Then join Imperial College London’s Enterprise Lab and play a key role in shaping an innovative, data-driven environment.
The Operations & Data Coordinator is a crucial role that helps to ensure the smooth and safe running of the Imperial Enterprise Lab through providing accurate and efficient operations and data administration.
What you would be doing
Your work will directly support Imperial’s vibrant startup ecosystem, enabling students and entrepreneurs to thrive.
You will work in a varied role with tasks ranging from facilities management, finance, HR and administration support, to coordinating data collection and analysis. A key responsibility of the post is to ensure a safe working environment in line with health and safety requirements.
What we are looking for
- Experience in collecting, analysing and reporting data accurately and effectively
- Experience of financial administration, such as raising purchase orders or processing expense claims
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in written and numerical work
- Flexible and proactive within a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage workload and solve problems
