We welcome proposals for any area of research within Medieval studies and in particular from interdisciplinary perspectives. You’ll undertake research under the guidance of experts and your research should contain your own analysis and conclusions based on your personal study of primary and secondary source materials.

Opportunities to improve your Latin translation skills or one the vernacular medieval languages relevant to your project as well as paleography and research methods will be available through specially designed modules. When needed and relavant to your thesis, you will also have an oportunity to learn reading skills of secondary literature in one of modern languages.
