Job Description
A Post-Doctoral Fellow position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Filippo Veglia. The Veglia lab focuses on the study of molecular and metabolic perturbations that drive the reprogramming of myeloid cells in the brain tumor microenvironment, with a final goal to identify novel therapeutic strategies to target immunosuppressive myeloid cells.
The Veglia lab is seeking a highly motivated Post-Doctoral Fellow to work on glioblastoma-driven mechanisms regulating the survival and function of myeloid cells within tumor tissues.
Candidates should have recently received or be close to receiving their Ph.D. degree or equivalent and have a strong background in immunology, tumor microenvironment, and molecular biology.
