We are seeking a dedicated and research-enthusiastic individual to join our team. This position is ideal for applicants interested in pursuing a well-founded, academically and internationally oriented doctorate at a research-intensive university in the heart of Europe.
Tasks
- Independent research with the aim of a cumulative dissertation
- Participation in ongoing research projects of the chair – partly in cooperation with companies and public institutions
- Teaching support (e.g., supervision of seminar papers, preparation of materials, participation in innovative event formats)
- Supporting the organization of the chair’s operations

profile
- Above-average master’s degree (min. magna cum laude) in business administration, economics, business informatics or related subjects
- Interest in innovation research and topics such as the platform economy, entrepreneurial ecosystems, digital technologies or mobility change
- Initial experience in qualitative or quantitative empirical research
- Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good written and spoken English skills; knowledge of German is an advantage but not required
