You will be working in Professor Petter Brodin’s laboratory, which focuses on the development of immune systems in early life. The team also works on understanding immune systems’ variation in health and disease, the regulatory mechanisms underlying such variation, and adaptation to environmental influences.
What you would be doing
You will provide technical support for work mainly focussing on the development of immune systems in early life. More specifically, you will perform exciting in vitro, and ex vivo experiments including setting up cell cultures, stimulations of cells in whole blood, and analysis by high-dimensional cytometry.
