Missions

We are looking for a motivated individual with a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, epigenetics or genomics, with practical experience in molecular biology, genomic techniques and mammalian cell biology.

Activities

– Perform genomic techniques (CUT&RUN, CUT&Tag, RNA-seq, nanopore)
– Cell culture, molecular biology
– Maintain an up-to-date electronic laboratory notebook.
– Data presentation: laboratory meetings (in English).
– Participation in the supervision and training of interns.

The position is funded by the ANR (National Research Agency). Our laboratory is part of the Genome Integrity and Cancer Unit (UMR9019) at the Gustave Roussy Institute, Europe’s leading cancer center. Gustave Roussy combines cutting-edge fundamental research, clinical research, and technological innovation. The institute is located in Villejuif, south of Greater Paris.
