In our fascinating research environment in St. Gallen, we are offering an apprenticeship as a laboratory technician specializing in textiles, starting in August 2026.

Your tasks

In addition to the safe handling of chemicals, laboratory technicians specializing in textiles learn process engineering and dyeing techniques. External chemical and textile-specific introductory courses support the transfer of knowledge during your training. You will work on research projects and learn how to plan, conduct, and evaluate laboratory experiments. In addition to the in-house training, you will attend the St. Gallen Vocational and Further Education Center (GBS).

Your profile

You completed secondary school with good grades in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and English, have good color vision, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and achieve. Networked thinking and a precise and reliable working style are very important.
