A broad, in-depth, and varied vocational training is a key priority for us. The basic requirements for a successful vocational training at Empa are commitment, enthusiasm, and flexibility, as well as a certain degree of self-discipline. Values such as independence, a sense of responsibility, creativity, customer focus, and the ability to think ahead and develop will accompany you throughout your training with us. We also support you with “Saphir,” our in-house program for developing our apprentices. If the idea of working in a research environment on our collective future appeals to and motivates you, we look forward to getting to know you.
