The Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music strives to inspire learners of every age to develop and nurture their love of music. Master’s Program Degree Eligibility with GPA,
For admission into a degree program, applicants should allow a reasonable amount of time for processing. If we have received all of the requested documents at the time of submission application processing can often be completed within two weeks. Applicants are urged to apply early to ensure full consideration.
All admission credentials become the property of the University and will not be forwarded or returned. Credentials will be maintained in active files for 12 months, after which they will be destroyed.
To be eligible for Degree Regular Admission an applicant must have a U.S. baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university or foreign equivalent and be in good academic standing at the last institution attended.

The U.S. Department of Education has announced that the 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now available. The 2025-2026 FAFSA is for those applying for financial aid to be used during the Fall 2025, Spring 2026, and Summer 2026 terms. Initial financial aid offers will begin being made by early January 2025.
The Student Financial Aid Office administers federal, state and institutional aid programs to qualified students. In order to apply for any federal aid for college, you must first fill out and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This application is used by the federal government, state aid agencies, and institutions to determine your eligibility for many types of aid including grants, loans and even scholarships. You need to file a FAFSA each year you wish to receive aid.
