Fully Funded Master’s in International Affairs at Texas A&M University

About PhD Program,

The Bush School is dedicated to making graduate education affordable. We know the majority of our students are seeking purpose-driven lives and cannot take on an enormous amount of debt. By providing some financial assistance, The Bush School supports students choosing jobs that matter to them and are free to pursue their passions, not their pocketbook, as they enter the workforce.

Financial assistance comes in many forms. The centerpiece of our funding are competitive Bush School Scholarships, which provide some support for our students.  All admitted students enrolled full-time in the Master of International Affairs will receive funding assistance from The Bush School. That’s right, you will receive funding help! No separate funding application is required to be considered for a Bush School Scholarship.

PhD Funding Coverage,

The Bush School prides itself on keeping its academic programs affordable. Through generous donations and state and university funding, we have created an environment of academic excellence comparable to schools that cost much more. We prepare students for careers in public service without burdening them with expensive school loans and debt.

Financial assistance for the graduate MPSA and MIA degrees at the Bush School comes in many forms. The centerpiece of our funding is merit-based Bush School Scholarships for those programs in College Station. We also offer competitive scholarship non-resident tuition waivers to eligible out-of-state students and work with outside funding to grant competitive, nomination-based fellowships. The Bush School also offers about 20 graduate assistantships (GAs) per degree to second-year students, granted via merit and skill sets.

At the University level, financial loans are offered through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Texas A&M Aggie One Stop can help you in that process. Student employment and grants may also be available on the website, including a need-based, Texas resident option called the Texas Aggie Graduate Grant. Texas A&M Military Education Benefits are also accepted.

International Students may qualify for various programs based on visa status and qualifications. Visit Texas A&M University Aggie One Stop website above and complete the International Student Financial Aid Application (ISFAA).

Whichever way you go, presenting strengths and meeting deadlines is essential when competing for financial assistance. Please select your program of interest in the left-hand menu for more information on costs and aid.
