Job Description

Your tasks

  • Receiving laundry, sorting into the various transport trolleys and preparing for the external laundry
  • Independent washing, drying, care and repair of all laundry
  • Sorting, packing and preparing the laundry for delivery to the various buildings
  • Processing of all active and inactive workwear and cleaning textiles
  • Independent consulting, dressing, adjusting and labelling of workwear according to the various professional groups and specifications
  • Weekly laundry distribution with delivery vehicle on the premises
  • Working in the control and monitoring area with protective clothing and respiratory protection
  • Clean, check, maintain, disinfect and pack full-face masks according to the manufacturer’s specifications
  • Machine and equipment maintenance, laundry cleaning

Your profile

  • Training as a textile care specialist or several years of comparable professional experience.
  • Willingness to work in a small team and on a rotation basis
  • Very good written and spoken German skills
  • Basic knowledge of spoken and written English is mandatory
  • Good PC skills, Office 365
  • Driving license in category B
Your work will typically be scheduled Monday through Wednesday from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional shifts are possible on Thursdays and Fridays by arrangement and scheduling.
