Summary of Postdoc Position: The aim is to design, develop and demonstrate high-recovery low-cost water treatment systems for saline groundwater and for domestic and industrial wastewaters. Hosted by the School of Engineering Science, the Research Fellow will work on novel solar-powered desalination systems for purification of drinking water from brackish groundwater, including systems based on reverse osmosis and forward osmosis.
