About Fully Funded PhD in Neuroscience
Stanford University in Stanford, California, provides a fully funded PhD in Neuroscience. The Stanford Biosciences Home Programs contain nine departments and five multidisciplinary programs, including a PhD degree in Neurosciences. Within the Biosciences, you may apply to up to two Biosciences PhD programs from 14 Biosciences PhD Programs with a single application.
Eligibility Criteria
- Earned master’s degree prior to entering the PhD.
- You are expected to have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and subject-specific GPA of 3.5 or above.

PhD Funding Coverage
Each student is admitted to a particular Home Program and initiates training with a core group of faculty, students, and postdoctoral fellows who share scientific interests. The offer of admission included a stipend of $48,216 ($12,054 per quarter), health and dental insurance, and graduate tuition.
