About Fully Funded PhD Program in Computer Science
Columbia University in New York City offers a fully funded PhD in Computer Science program. Research assistantships at Columbia provide full tuition waivers as well as a monthly stipend to students. Students gain knowledge through hands-on experience working with academics and mentors.
