About Fully Funded PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering

Eligibility Criteria
- Earned master’s degree prior to entering the PhD.
- You are expected to have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and subject-specific GPA of 3.5 or above.

PhD Funding Coverage
All full-time students starting a PhD program at UBC-Vancouver will receive at least $22,000 in funding for the first four years of their studies. Internal or external awards, teaching-related jobs, research assistantships, and graduate academic assistantships may be included in the financing package.
