About Fully Funded PhD in Nursing
The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, offers a fully funded PhD in Nursing program. Penn allows students to work alongside faculty members who are actively defining the future of nursing science and healthcare. The program includes seven core courses, two statistics sequence courses, and five focus courses, each worth one course unit, or CU.
Eligibility Criteria
- Earned master’s degree prior to entering the PhD.
- You are expected to have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and subject-specific GPA of 3.5 or above.

PhD Funding Coverage
